A few questions, so the reply fits what you need. It takes a couple of minutes, and nothing goes on a mailing list.
You choose how you hear back: email, a private video call, or a phone call.
A personal reply
Every enquiry gets a personal reply, and I aim to send it within two working days. If a short chat would help us work out what you need, I’ll offer one, free.

How much will it cost?
It depends on the job, so every job gets a plan and a quote before anything starts. You decide whether to go ahead.
Is the first chat really free?
Yes. If a short chat would help us work out what you need, I’ll offer one at no cost and with no obligation.
Do you only work in Gippsland?
No. Most work can be done remotely, wherever you are. On-site visits are across Gippsland.
I’m not technical. Is this for me?
That’s who most of it is for. Everything is broken down so it makes sense, and nothing changes without your say-so.
Can you help my business or group?
Yes: sole traders, small teams and community groups. Websites, safe AI and tech support are good places to start.
What if something’s urgent?
Say so in the form. If money is involved, call your bank’s fraud line first, then send the enquiry.
